Google's Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL smartphones haven't been on the market for very long, but it appears they will get a lot cheaper very soon.
A leaked Google ad, spotted on Reddit on Thursday, indicates that Google will discount all variants of the Pixel 4 by $200 in its online store. That would mean the cheapest, 64GB Pixel 4 would cost just $599, while the 64GB Pixel 4 XL would start at $699.
The ad says the deal will last through Dec. 2, which coincides with Cyber Monday, but it doesn't say when it starts -- likely on Black Friday, but possibly even earlier.
That's not all, though. Best Buy has announced its own Black Friday deals on Thursday, and the Pixel 4 is on the menu as well. The retailer will offer the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL unlocked with a $200 price reduction (so, the same as the Google deal), but customers will also be able to save $400 on the Pixel 4 or 4 XL "with qualified activation," which includes activating the phone through Verizon, AT&T or Sprint.
Best Buy will also offer hefty discounts on the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro (up to $500), though all of those require qualified activation. Samsung's Note 10+, S10, S10+ and S10e, however, will all be a $200 cheaper, with additional discounts possible with activation.
