We know who's getting coal in their stockings this year: the United States Air Force.

In an attempt to mediate an Twitter spat between two military bases about which of them is better (yes, really), the Air Force account tweeted that, if the bases did not make amends, Santa Claus would "bring [them] nothing this year...becuase [sic] he isn't real!"

Right away, we've got a few problems here. First of all, oh my god why would you ever do this. Second, if Santa isn't "real," (false) then how do you explain the sugar cookies that disappear from my kitchen counter every single year on December 24th?

Anyway, after much well-deserved backlash, the Air Force has walked back its egregious claim. But in our opinion, the damage is done -- they have, once and for all, cemented their position on the naughty list.
