This treat, offered at London's Milk Train, consists of soft serve ice cream served on...you guessed it...a pillowy cloud of cotton candy (known as candy floss in the UK).

The Japanese cafe's ice cream flavors are vanilla, matcha and hojicha, which is a mild Japanese green tea.
