The Simpsonsis the greatest show on television.

If you agree with this statement, then it looks like we're going to be friends. We'd also like to show you the many incredible pieces of unofficial Simpsonsmerchandise available on the Internet.

While a lot of the official merchandise is as boring as the new episodes, there's an embiggening number of unofficial merchandise ranging from bongs, shirts and oh-so-many pins and patches ready for you to get your dirty mitts on.

Quite a few of the items come from the creative fans in Australia, where The Simpsonswas a 6 p.m. staple on free-to-air television for more than a decade. While, of course, some exceptional ones come out of Homer's home country, America.

The animated show is as easy to discuss as the weather for a generation, that is until you come across a weirdo that has never tuned in for a cultural education. To help, give them the full DVD set and a cromulent shirt for their next birthday.
